Touching the princess was probably a bad idea. The guards would probably overlook Moonlight being high (after all, goddesses do strange things), but a common pony touching a member of the royal family?
Two armed guards start walking in Neutral’s direction, a stern look on their faces.
Moonlight cares little for this. She just laughs, then says “Did you know you have a funny lookin’ face? It’s all droopy! And it’s blue and shaking!” She laughs even louder.
The stallion sees the guards, jumps in fright, and drops to his haunches in fear - assuming the party submission position.
Stepping forward, one of the guards claps a pair of hoofcuffs on Neutral, and starts to drag him away. The other takes a closer look at Moonlight, and notices her dilated pupils for the first time…

She’s moving her head back and forth, back and forth, while staring into the light, giggling.
Some of the nearby guards are starting to get nervous.
Since noone else is jumping in, PH rounds the corner, stopping dead in his tracks at the sight of the clearly high filly.
Glancing to her left and right, he turns a shade paler. If the guards realise who gave her the things…!
He quickly rushes to her side, and checks her pupils.
Moonlight’s pupils are huge.
She giggles at Neutral. “You’re all ripply!” She starts laughing, as if that’s the funniest thing ever.
PH starts to grin himself, and then realises that this filly is high as fuck and it’s all his fault.
Well, shit.
He gently shakes her with a forehoof, because communication is hard without a tongue.

Moonlight sniffles a little, and hugs Starbuck back.
“If… If that mean anonymous guy comes back, I’m making him go away! I don’t care if Momma gets mad, nopony can say Momma doesn’t love me!”
*Trots over in his full set of armor* Princess Moonlight, is this anon bothering you?
“Uncle Starbuck! He’s sayin’ momma doesn’t love us!”
Moonlight looks on the verge of tears. “He’s a liar! Momma loves all of us, and I don’ want to hear him lie!”
"“Momma likes all of us!” Moonlight grins." --- I think not. She can't love all three of you equally. After all, there's gotta be one sibling who's better than the others in the things he or she does, and there's always one who is older than the other two. Do you know your sibling Mara plans to succeed your mother once she gets powerful enough? She thinks herself more worthy than you or your brother Lunar. Are you going to stand by and let her get all the love and power you desire as well?
